This included overseeing $120 million worth of residential and $130 million worth of commercial construction projects. She has established and financially managed 5 new related entities, demonstrating her ability to handle complex financial structures in the construction industry. Karen has also performed a major organisational restructure in 2023, showcasing her skills in change management and strategic planning.
