AS 4000-1997 - General Conditions of Contract. This Australian Standard is widely used for general building and construction projects.
AS 2124-1992 - General Conditions of Contract. An older Australian Standard that is still used in some cases.
AS 4902-2000 - General Conditions of Contract for Design and Construct. This standard is used for design and construct projects.
AS 4905-2002 - Minor Works Contract Conditions. Suitable for smaller construction projects.
FIDIC (Fédération Internationale Des Ingénieurs-Conseils) Contracts. FIDIC contracts, like the Red Book, Yellow Book, and Silver Book, are commonly used for international projects and projects involving international contractors.
NEC (New Engineering Contract) Suite of Contracts. The NEC suite, including NEC3 and NEC4, is gaining popularity in Australia.
JCT (Joint Contracts Tribunal) Contracts. JCT contracts from the UK are sometimes used in Australia.
ABIC (Australian Building Industry Contract) Suite. These contracts, such as ABIC MW-2018 and ABIC SW-2018, are developed by the Australian Institute of Architects.
Master Builders Agreements. State-based Master Builders Associations in Australia publish their own standard contracts for residential and smaller commercial projects.
New Zealand
NZS 3910:2013 and NZS 3910:2023 - Conditions of Contract for Building and Civil Engineering Construction. This New Zealand Standard is widely used for general building and civil engineering projects.
NZS 3916:2013 - Conditions of Contract for Building and Civil Engineering - Construction (Principal/Contractor). This is another popular New Zealand Standard, particularly suitable for larger projects.

NZS 3915:2005 - Conditions of Contract for Building and Civil Engineering Construction (where no person is appointed to administer the Contract). This standard is suitable for smaller projects where no contract administrator is appointed.
CCCS (Conditions of Contract for Consultancy Services). These conditions are used for engaging consultants, such as architects, engineers, and project managers, on construction projects.
NEC (New Engineering Contract) Suite of Contracts. The NEC suite of contracts, including NEC3 and NEC4, is gaining popularity in New Zealand, particularly for collaborative and alliance-based projects.
JCT (Joint Contracts Tribunal) Contracts. JCT contracts, originating from the United Kingdom, are sometimes used in New Zealand, particularly for residential and small-scale projects.
Master Builders Agreement. This agreement is published by the Master Builders Association of New Zealand and is commonly used for residential and smaller commercial building projects.

Joint Building Contracts Committee (JBCC) Conditions of Contract. These are standard forms of contracts widely used in the building and construction industry, particularly for private sector projects.
Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) Conditions of Contract. These are standard forms of contracts published by the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) of Singapore and are commonly used for both public and private sector construction projects.
